ACHEV provides employment support and job training programs for people with developmental disabilities across the Greater Toronto Area. The organization helps individuals develop work skills, gain meaningful employment, and build independence through one-on-one coaching, workplace assessment, and long-term job coaching services. ACHEV connects participants with employers in Mississauga and surrounding communities who value diverse talent, creating pathways to sustainable employment and greater social inclusion. The charity recognizes that meaningful work improves quality of life and self-esteem for people with developmental disabilities, and works to remove barriers that prevent them from participating in the job market.
