AFRICAN CANADIAN COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOUNDATION

The African Canadian Community Support Foundation provides social services to Black African and Caribbean communities in Brampton and the GTA. The organization offers settlement support for newcomers, employment counseling and job training, mental health services, youth mentorship programs, and family support initiatives. The foundation works to address barriers that African Canadian residents face in accessing mainstream services, creating culturally appropriate programs delivered by staff who understand the community's specific needs. Through direct assistance, advocacy, and partnership with other service providers, the foundation helps individuals and families navigate housing, education, healthcare, and economic integration while strengthening social connections within the community.
