BEST BUDDIES OF CANADA

Best Buddies of Canada creates one-to-one friendships between people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities across the GTA and beyond. The organization runs a structured matching process that pairs members based on shared interests, then provides ongoing support to help friendships develop and flourish. Volunteers and program participants meet regularly for social activities, outings, and events that build genuine connections. Best Buddies also operates in schools and workplaces to promote social inclusion and reduce isolation for people with disabilities.
