CALEDON MEALS ON WHEELS

Caledon Meals on Wheels delivers nutritious meals to homebound seniors and people with disabilities throughout Bolton and the surrounding Caledon region. Volunteers prepare and distribute hot dinners several times each week to clients who cannot cook or shop for themselves due to age, illness, or mobility limitations. The service addresses both nutrition and social isolation by combining meal delivery with friendly visits that check on client wellbeing. By keeping vulnerable residents in their own homes while ensuring they have adequate nutrition, Caledon Meals on Wheels supports independence and dignity for some of the GTA's most isolated community members. The organization relies on donations, volunteers, and community partnerships to sustain operations.
