The David/Jonathan Project

The David/Jonathan Project provides mentoring and support services to young people navigating their sexual orientation and gender identity in Georgetown and the surrounding GTA region. The organization pairs trained mentors with youth to offer guidance, practical advice, and emotional support during a formative time in their lives. Through one-on-one mentoring relationships, group programs, and community events, the charity creates safe spaces where young people can explore their identity with acceptance and understanding. The David/Jonathan Project recognizes that LGBTQ+ youth often face unique challenges at home, school, and in their communities, and works to reduce isolation by building meaningful connections between mentors and the young people they support.
