FINDHELP INFORMATION SERVICES
FindHelp Information Services connects people across Toronto and the GTA with social assistance programs and community resources they need but may not know exist. The organization maintains a comprehensive database of services covering housing, food, employment, healthcare, mental health support, and financial assistance, then helps individuals and families navigate these options through phone, email, and in-person consultations. Staff and volunteers work directly with clients to identify relevant programs, explain eligibility requirements, and provide guidance on how to apply. FindHelp also trains social workers, counselors, and community workers to better understand the landscape of available services, improving their ability to refer clients effectively. By reducing barriers to accessing help and creating pathways between vulnerable people and the programs designed to support them, FindHelp addresses a fundamental gap in the social safety net.
