GUIDE DOG USERS OF CANADA/UTILISATEURS DE CHIENS-GUIDES DU CANADA

Guide Dog Users of Canada provides advocacy, support, and community resources for people who use guide dogs for mobility and independence. The organization works to advance the rights and interests of guide dog users across the country, including in Toronto and the GTA, through policy work, peer support programs, and public education about guide dog handler needs. Members share knowledge about training, health care, employment access, and housing rights while building a network of people with lived experience using guide dogs. The organization also connects users with information about guide dog schools, handlers' responsibilities, and navigating barriers in public and workplace settings.
