IAN ANDERSON RESOURCE CENTRE
The Ian Anderson Resource Centre provides support and programs for vulnerable individuals and families in Oakville and the surrounding GTA. The centre offers practical assistance including food programs, emergency financial aid, counselling services, and job training to help people address immediate needs and work toward stability. Staff and volunteers work directly with clients to understand their circumstances and connect them with resources that address housing, employment, health, and social isolation. The organization serves people experiencing poverty, homelessness, and crisis situations through drop-in programs, one-on-one support, and referrals to additional community services. By combining immediate relief with longer-term support, the centre helps individuals rebuild their lives and increase their independence.
