The Ontario Community Support Association works to strengthen community support services across Ontario by bringing together frontline workers, program leaders, and organizations serving vulnerable populations. The association provides training, advocacy, and professional development resources to help community support workers deliver better care to people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and poverty. Based in Toronto, the organization represents member agencies and workers in the GTA and beyond, pushing for policy changes that improve working conditions and service quality. Through conferences, workshops, and networking opportunities, the association builds capacity within the social services sector and gives voice to those working directly with marginalized communities.
