Possibilities House for Children Inc.

Possibilities House for Children provides residential and community-based support services for children and youth in crisis, care, or transition across Durham Region and the GTA. The organization operates group homes and offers educational programming, counselling, and life skills training to help young people build stability and independence. Staff work with each resident to address trauma, develop coping strategies, and create pathways toward successful transitions to adulthood. Possibilities House serves some of the most vulnerable children in the system, many of whom have experienced abuse, neglect, or family breakdown. Through intensive support and mentoring, the organization helps youth develop resilience and confidence while addressing their immediate physical, emotional, and educational needs.
