Post 21 Foundation

Post 21 Foundation provides housing and wraparound support services to young adults aging out of Ontario's child welfare system. The organization recognizes that youth leaving foster care face significant barriers to stable housing, employment, and education, and works to bridge that gap during a critical transition period. Post 21 offers subsidized housing, mentorship, financial literacy training, and connections to mental health and employment services across Toronto and the GTA. By providing both immediate shelter and longer-term life skills coaching, the foundation helps young adults establish independence and avoid homelessness. The organization serves some of the province's most vulnerable young people at the precise moment when government support ends, offering practical assistance alongside consistent adult relationships to help them build sustainable futures.
