Reform and Resettle

Reform and Resettle provides housing, employment support, and counseling services to formerly incarcerated individuals and their families in Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area. The organization helps people reintegrate into their communities after release by offering secure housing placements, job training programs, and mental health services. Staff work directly with clients to address barriers to stable employment and address the complex needs that often lead to reoffending. Through partnerships with employers and housing providers, Reform and Resettle creates pathways toward self-sufficiency and reduces recidivism rates. The organization recognizes that successful reentry requires more than temporary assistance, addressing the practical and emotional challenges people face when rebuilding their lives after incarceration.
