ROSALIE HALL

Rosalie Hall provides residential and support services for women and children who have experienced homelessness, violence, or other crises. Located in Scarborough, the organization operates shelters and transitional housing while offering counselling, life skills training, job preparation, and child care to help residents rebuild stable lives. Rosalie Hall works with women facing systemic barriers including poverty, abuse, and mental health challenges, creating safe environments where they can access immediate shelter and longer-term support services. The organization's programs address both urgent housing needs and the underlying circumstances that led to homelessness, helping residents develop independence and secure permanent housing. Through trauma-informed care and individualized support, Rosalie Hall serves some of the most vulnerable people in the GTA.
