YOUTH EMPLOYMENT SERVICES YES

Youth Employment Services (YES) helps young people in Toronto find jobs and develop work skills through job placement, training programs, and ongoing support. The organization serves youth aged 15 to 29 who face barriers to employment, including those experiencing homelessness, living in poverty, or dealing with mental health challenges. YES provides resume building, interview coaching, and connections to local employers across various industries. Staff work one-on-one with each participant to identify strengths, address obstacles, and create paths toward sustainable employment. The organization also offers life skills workshops and mentorship to help young people succeed not just in finding work, but in maintaining it. By connecting motivated youth with real job opportunities in the GTA, YES helps break cycles of unemployment and build stronger foundations for independent adult life.
