Zoey Foundation

Zoey Foundation works to prevent and end homelessness by providing permanent supportive housing and wraparound services to vulnerable individuals and families across Toronto. The foundation develops and operates affordable housing units while offering residents access to mental health support, addiction services, employment training, and life skills coaching. By combining stable housing with personalized case management and community connections, Zoey Foundation helps people experiencing or at risk of homelessness rebuild their lives and achieve long-term stability. The organization partners with other service providers throughout the GTA to address both the immediate need for safe shelter and the underlying factors that contribute to housing insecurity.
