Black Talent Initiative

Black Talent Initiative provides academic support, mentorship, and career development programs for Black students across the Greater Toronto Area. The organization connects youth with tutoring services, helps navigate post-secondary education pathways, and offers workplace readiness training through partnerships with local employers. By pairing students with mentors who share their background and experiences, Black Talent Initiative works to increase graduation rates and professional opportunities. The organization also advocates for systemic changes in education and hiring practices to address barriers that Black students face. Through direct student support and institutional engagement, Black Talent Initiative aims to build pathways to success in higher education and the workforce.
