ELIZABETH LUE BONE MARROW FOUNDATION
The Elizabeth Lue Bone Marrow Foundation educates the public about bone marrow donation and transplantation while supporting patients and families navigating these medical treatments. Based in Toronto, the foundation provides information resources, peer support programs, and financial assistance to help people understand the donation process and manage the costs associated with transplantation. The organization works to increase awareness about bone marrow disease and the critical need for diverse donor registries, particularly among underrepresented communities in the GTA. Through educational workshops, one-on-one counseling, and community outreach, the foundation connects patients with information and support networks during their treatment journey. The organization also funds research and clinical education to improve outcomes for bone marrow transplant patients.
