Girls E-Mentorship Innovation

Girls E-Mentorship Innovation pairs young women across Toronto with professional mentors through online video mentorship and skill-building workshops. The organization focuses on closing the gender gap in technology, business, and STEM fields by connecting girls aged 13-18 with experienced women working in these industries. Mentors guide participants through career exploration, resume building, interview preparation, and technical skill development over multi-month relationships. The program operates entirely online, making it accessible to students throughout the GTA. Girls E-Mentorship Innovation removes barriers to access that often prevent underrepresented girls from pursuing higher-paying careers and leadership roles in traditionally male-dominated sectors. Participants gain real workplace insights, build professional networks, and develop the confidence needed to pursue ambitious educational and career paths.
