JUMP MATH

JUMP Math provides after-school and summer tutoring programs that help students in Toronto and the GTA who struggle with mathematics build confidence and proficiency in numeracy. Using a research-based approach that breaks down concepts into small, manageable steps, the organization works with children in grades one through eight, focusing on those who have fallen behind or developed math anxiety. JUMP Math tutors, many of them trained volunteers, work in small groups or one-on-one settings to address individual learning gaps and help students experience success in mathematics. The program serves students from low-income families who may lack access to private tutoring, removing financial barriers to academic support and helping young people develop the foundational skills they need for future learning.
