LITERACY FOR EAST TORONTO

Literacy for East Toronto provides free tutoring and educational support to adults and children who struggle with reading, writing, and numeracy skills. The organization delivers one-on-one instruction and small group classes at community centers and libraries across East Toronto, helping participants gain the literacy skills needed for employment, further education, and daily life. Volunteers work with learners of all backgrounds, including newcomers to Canada, to build confidence and independence.
