The Morrison Centre

The Morrison Centre provides educational programming and support services to students facing barriers to academic success in North York and across the Greater Toronto Area. The organization delivers tutoring, mentorship, and skill-building workshops designed to help young people develop literacy, numeracy, and life skills. Beyond classroom support, the centre connects students with resources addressing housing instability, food insecurity, and mental health challenges that can interfere with learning. Staff work directly with schools and community partners to identify students who need assistance and to create individualized pathways toward graduation and post-secondary opportunities. The Morrison Centre serves youth from low-income families and those experiencing systemic disadvantages in the education system.
