STRAIGHT ARROW JUSTICE INSTITUTE

Straight Arrow Justice Institute provides education and skills training to youth involved in or at risk of entering the criminal justice system in Toronto. The organization recognizes that many young people face systemic barriers and limited opportunities, and offers programs designed to build employability, financial literacy, and life skills. Through classroom instruction, mentorship, and work-integrated learning, participants develop the foundation needed for stable employment and social reintegration. The institute works with schools, community partners, and justice system stakeholders to create pathways that redirect youth away from incarceration and toward productive futures. By focusing on education as a tool for breaking cycles of criminal involvement, Straight Arrow Justice Institute addresses both immediate needs and long-term outcomes for some of Toronto's most vulnerable young people.
